We pour Toby's Estate.

Toby's Estate is one of Australia's most respected specialty roasters — started in a Woolloomooloo garage, and now with a Sydney roastery crowned the world's best coffee shop at the inaugural World's 100 Best Coffee Shops awards. We wouldn't pour anything else.

Ours is the Woolloomooloo Espresso Blend, named for where the whole thing began: complex, rich and very tasty, and their most popular blend. Best with milk, but it holds up black just as well.

Our baristas dial the grinder in every morning and again as the day warms up, because Oxford Street sun does no favours to an espresso recipe.
